Comcast Voice Service VOIP
First let me clarify that we are renters here in TV. As part of the rental agreement, we have a land line which is Comcast. My question is simple. It was my understanding that having this service enables you to place outgoing calls at no additional charge over the basic rate at least within the US. Before doing so we wanted to confirm this to be the case. I am sure other in TV viewers have this service and a number of you are renters like us or property owners with rentals that have included phone service like what I am referencing.
