We landscaped (almost) our total property -- front back and sides. It did not cost even half of over $30,000 and our landscaping does not look like anyone else's.
We did not need (or pay) a landscape architect. I sat down with Rhett from Earthscapes on Rt. 44. I told Rhett what I wanted and he drew up an architectural plan for us to approve before any work was done.
