Can you imagine thousands of additional golf carts coming and going thru the tunnel under 466A next to Colony Cottage Rec Center, then lining up at the new stop light?
I've tried to think of an alternative 466A crossover for all those people and I can't see anyplace that is doable east of the Colony shopping center on the north side of 466A. All that property is private, with no golf cart or multi-modal lanes.
This will be interesting.

Yup, that's what happens when a "planned" community expands beyond what was originally planned for. Not only will there be traffic problems in this area, but there will be an additional 4,000 people contending for the facilities at Colony Cottage and the nearby golf courses that were never planned for.
