I think a lot of the problem is that the alphabet networks and the cable news networks now have 24 hours to fill, with talk about "
something--inane or substantive--who really cares? Just fill the schedule!".
I try to read/watch media from both sides, and I really enjoy reading/watching these two decidedly liberal, constitutional (and other areas) lawyers. They are not afraid of calling out
either side when they act more and more
tyrannical.
To me, the focus needs to be on the cancerous trend of growing
tyranny instead of liberty.
The writings of these two (in archived columns) are good for news analysis that is objective.
