Just had my cart serviced by Carts and Clubs and they noticed a tear in my cart seat by the seam. The service man gave me the phone number of El Tiger who made my seat. Called them and they were VERY friendly and helpful. Sent them info on purchase date etc and by the next day I was notified that they would replace my seat. I really appreciate the way they handled everything from start to finish and I will have an El Tiger seat in our next cart also. We were impressed on there quick response to replacing our seat due to a defect in our first seat that was on the new cart when we purchased it.
