This is a private university that receives MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in United States Federal Grants, and I feel confident that if the Jewish faith requested a signal for prayer, or the Catholic Church requested such a thing, the yelling and screaming would be heard everywhere.
This is the same country that within 24 hours of terrorists from YEMEN attacked and killed in France, releases 5 terrorists from GTMO and sent them back to their home country of YEMEN.
