Poker games are tolerated in TV but under Florida laws no game can legally have more than a $10 pay out to any one player or it is considered illegal gambling. That said if you look in the Recreation News most games are listed as "Open Cards" or some such phrase. I play Texas Hold-em at my local Recreation Center but no money is ever shown on the table only chips.
