I head read at one time the fine is $500 but don't know how enforced this is. The ARC is concerned over the live oak trees being removed. Filling out the paperwork and getting it approved was easy for us. We had planned on getting the stumps removed but this was the extra listed on the approval. Maybe there could be something different included for your trees. Why not be safe than sorry
