We added one to our lanai. Romac came out and delivered it and we did the installing ourselves (otherwise it's another charge). They do the doors/windows of the homes here, I believe. The cost for our house was about $100.00 Price probably depends on your design.
I think we checked 1st at the Big Box stores and they didn't have the size we needed. Just an FYI
