The right to try bill for terminal patients
Bill 269 was introduced by Congressman Ray Pilon on 1/14/2015. This bill will give Floridians the right to try a drug treatment that is not approved yet. My wife has ALS and needs a stem cell procedure that is under study by Eva Feldman MD at Michigan University. 34 states have such a right to try law.
