Default KT Management Heating & Air Conditioning

We understand the company is out of business. Is anyone holding a service contract issued by them? Apparently the company who took over is not honoring the contracts. Anyone have input or suggestions on potential recourse?

IF there is anything left of the company, you are an unsecured creditor.

The company was KTAC Management, Inc. owned by a Mr. Kevin Violette. The owner died. His license to service HVAC systems expired with his death. That did not stop others from trying to take over his business and continue to work "under" his expired license. They were unqualified to work on HVAC systems and damaged more than a few in their bungled attempts to "repair" them. They were recently arrested and charged with various frauds. Unfortunately, if you had a long term service contract with KTAC or KT Management, you have lost your money.
