Does anyone know what the minimum amount a cart can be lifted? I have 10" tires on the back of my cart. When my 110 pound wife and I are on it it's fine. But when we put anything heavy in the back or a bigger person rides with the the tires scrape the body. I don;t want it lifted too high. A friend has a lift kit and he can't go under the tunnels.
I'd like to get it lifted maybe an inch or two. Three inches would be the most but does anyone if it can be lifted less than three inches?

You might want to check your shocks for wear.
Heavier springs are also available on some carts. I am having a shock replaced under warranty (2012 Yamaha) It started leaking fluid, at 2400 mls. (made in Mexico) |

Dr., knowing the make, model and year will help. Suspensions vary quite a bit. Therefore lift kits will, too.

I have the Jake's 3 inch spindle kit on one of my Club Cars. I lifted the cart as I wanted 205-65-10 tires on the front also. I have no issue in tunnels.
I also have 205-65-10 tires on the rear of my second Club Car. I have no issue with the wheels rubbing. I only mention that thinking that you should check your leaf springs to be sure they are performing as expected. If you do carry a heavy load, it is possible heavy duty leaf springs will solve the issue. I would call Jake's and describe what you seeing and they should be able to provide some guidance.
