I think it would be cheaper and better to sell the one you have and get a new one with a seat.

We did not raise and extend the roofline when we added a back seat and regret it. I really do because I always get the back seat.

not a good idea to "add" a back seat. may be hard to find a willing mechanic. most cart suspensions not designed for the extra unbalanced weight & could pose a danger. whatever you do add seatbelts for all passengers.
