Can 3” lift kits be easily removed?
Hello Villagers!
So I’ve been shopping online and have founds some carts outside of Florida a bit cheaper, but many have these 3” lift kits and bigger wheels. Can those kits be easily removed and converted back to original height? And none seem to have sunbrella weather shades can those be added aftermarket easily too? Thanks for any insight… |

IMHO, you would need to call the manufacturer, I have a feeling that you will spend more money than what you are going to save. I would estimate several hundred dollars for the removal of the lift kit and replacements parts, and then you will need to replace the oversized wheels and tires. I would shop elsewhere.

Agree with VT. With all the mods you mentioned, plus shipping, I would guess you are looking at extra thousands

Most likely it involves these parts if 2017 and above (independent rear suspension?)
RHOX 3" Yamaha Drive2 Drop Spindle Lift Kit for Gas Carts | GCTS Now once you remove them you’ll have to factory parts to install. Look at price, factory parts will mostly be more expensive unless you get the original parts with cart. I would say for most with mechanical knowledge not to difficult to reverse the lift. But, are they really that cheaper than used one already equipped with way you want it? |
