Default Golf cart batteries

I haven't been able to get back to TVs for a year and a half. Taking care of the parents.

The batteries in Dad's cart have been sitting all that time without any attention. They were over 3 years old at the time. I do not plan on using the cart at least until Nov., if I can even get back then. Should I just have someone come remove the batteries or do you think there still may be life left in them?

IMHO, these will be dead, and will not hold a charge, wait till you come down to replace. On a side note if you have someone looking after the house, it might be a good idea to have the batteries removed so that they do not accidently leak, had this happened in a car once many years ago.

My thoughts exactly. Such a shame.

Be prepared for battery sticker shock, prices have gone through the roof.

I called Battery Boys and they said it is not necessary to remove them until I replace them.
