Thanks for listening :)

reminds me of that SouthPark episode about the bikers & noise

Wearing headphones while driving is dangerous.

you read my mind-we need to be able to hear emergency vehicles, horns, etc.

how about a set of headphones instead of blasting noise and disturbing everyone?? Why do you require that much attention?

For the same reason you shouldn’t wear headphones in your car. Why do you think everyone that has a sound bar are blasting them?

I use ear buds, better sound and go wherever I go without anyone having to listen. And to those who say you don’t have to blast the volume on the speakers in my opinion they have no idea how far that sound travels.

I use headset speakers, AND, I have no problem hearing sirens, horns, etc.

No-one has to hear my music.

I wear headphones, AND I CAN hear sirens, horns, and whatever.

Plus you don't have to listen to my music selection.

Thinking seriously on one of these. Wonder if anyone here has done it and where they placed it in a Yamaha? Back, Front? What kind did you get?

Sound bar in the back is the way to go. I used DS18 Cerwin Vega.
Happy with both of them you don't have to worry about charging them but you should put a switch in there also.

I like to listen to the radio more often than just music. I bought a custom-made system from The Radio Shop in Selma, Alabama. It has AM/FM radio, CD, Bluetooth w/hands-free calling, dome light and 4 speakers. It is made to fit the roof of my cart.

The Rockform bluetooth speaker has a very strong magnet which I mount right behind my head so since it is less that 12 inches from my ears I don't have to have the volume turned up loud to hear it. The magnet is so strong that there is no concern about it falling off. It is black so it does not stand out and if you didn't know it was there you would not notice it. Sound is very good.

Curious, how long have you had it? Several reviews states it died after 9 months (or so) and will no longer take a charge.

Sounds like you're projecting what YOU would do...

Why do you assume others would have their "music blaring"?

Same here. Makes driving at night much safer...

Oh, and I personally had my neighbor help me test the aim-point of the lights. We went out one night and I drove towards him, asking if he was "blinded by the light"...

He gave me a  on the "Springsteen Test"... :p
