That is correct. I played golf with a guy who got stopped for speeding in a non-street legal and he was given a ticket and had to have his cart engine replaced with the stock engine. The way some of these golf card drivers drive, the speed limit should be reduced.

I've seen golf carts pulled over and ticketed on Bailey Trail but not lately and not often enough. Our electric does 20mph and people fly by us.
