Coleman quit making that heater almost two years ago. Last season Ace bought up a bunch of them and had in stock. I'm sure they a all gone by now. They work great but good luck finding one

Exactly. Ace no longer carries them because Coleman stopped making them because of a lawsuit...a child was burned. This is turning into a complicated gift. I may just tell my husband that I am getting him a heater for Christmas but HE needs to figure it out.

I heard you could install an adapter and get an electric heater but that it draws alot off of your small battery. Any comments?
Anyone have info or recommendations?

I've sent a PM.

I put three medium felt pads around the heater holder that you insert into the cup holder. That really snugs the whole unit down and no worries of the heater bouncing and flopping out of the cup holder.

Thanks - I'll check that out.

We've live here 7 years. Found that the few days of cold weather we have, a blanket does just fine and is cozy too.

heater units currently available on ebay...search Coleman Golf Cart Heater or propane golf cart heater or just golf cart heater...pretty much same lists.

Or perhaps camping world, cabella's or bass pro would stock a portable propane heater!

Or I'll crochet you a lapghan for $10!!!!! :)
