For driving around or for use on the golf courses? Tires are the big problem for the golf courses and other than "normal" golf cart tires need to be approved.

Maybe others have more info for you.

it goes 25 mph which could pose problems. Lots of discussions about low speed vehicles, and street legal carts out here. Not sure how the mule would fit in, but TV workers use them (or similar vehicles)
