Regarding the question about "STOP" time...not sure there is a diffference between gas or electric on this point BUT be aware that golf cart tires are not the same as car tires...they will skid if the brakes are slammed.....and can skid wildly if slammed on wet pavement. Tires obviously effect stop time so be very careful in tailgating regardless of whether you have a gas or electric cart.
