That is my guess too. They are reliable for long distances and most golfers drive long distances.

Off your meds again? Feel free to continue your rant with someone who cares what you think.

Your point re a flat is of course true. It is interesting that golf carts do not carry a spare, a jack or tools to remove a wheel. Terms of flats, I have a bicycle, a car and a golf cart.
Due to all the construction around here, I've had more flats in the villages than in over 50 years of driving before moving here.

There really isn't much room for tools and a spare on a golf cart which is why Kart Aid is a good idea. I have also had flats with my cart, car, and road bike - lots of debris in the roads near new construction.

Where we are and how we got here. I'm not sure if it has gotten worse or due having been self employed, I had not had time, or interest to deal with this stuff.

Re: a bike.
I carry a tube, a pump and tools. Patching a tube on the road. Is possible but finding the hole, cleaning the tube so the patch will stick, oh and not finding the cement has all evaporated since you last used it, I would rather carry a tube. Waiting for service? I keep thinking of adding a can of tire sealant to my glove box of my golf cart.

Perhaps, it has moved from my to do list to my done list without a stop at my shoulda done list.

We, many of us forget you do not know these people. It is not a conversation where you can sense perhaps things were not received as intended.

I had nothing to do with this, however too few posters have the manners to apologize.
There are people out here that I know from experience never are wise enough to realize they are not as bright as they think they are.

Regarding my road bike, I just carry a spare tube, actually two, and a pump. You never know if you are going to have a pinch flat installing a new tube. Regarding my golf cart, I have called Kart Aid twice for golf cart tire flats. They are pretty fast - about 30 minutes each time. They plugged one hole and lent me a spare for the other flat that could not be repaired. The guy who came out said most of his calls are flats.

Kart Aide will come and pick up anyone's cart -- you don't have to be a prepaid subscriber. It just costs more if you aren't a prepaid subscriber (about $70 if I remember from first had experience).
