I see signs in my district says 25 mph unless otherwise posted. So If street not posted its 25 MPH. Everybody speeds up when passing (like going hit brakes when hit speed limit). Imo if there was solid yellow line indicating no passing zone or sign saying no passing, then no passing. IMO if it’s safe to pass, pass. Too bad officer can’t catch the speeders going 50 plus down MB, BV, el Camino Reno, and hundred more streets in villages. But he would have to be looking for speeders and NOT speeding down them also.
