Actually I think you are thinking about Pete Rose.

Nobles in Leesburg does excellent work. Don’t know what they’d charge to do the whole cart but I had my top painted to match the cart for $300. Turned out great.

Any recommendations on who to do this, and approximate cost?

Thinking of pimping this baby up.
After you did a google and called for an estimate- what info did you get?!

I put a new body on my 2003 club car at a cost less than painting. Nice and shiny with no maintenance.

Galvanic corrosion, sulfation corrosion, and most people don’t.

"and most people don't".....come on, now, don't keep me in suspense.

Please elaborate on the galvanic corrosion and sulfating corrosion.
Is this preventable with good preventive maintenance , or is it inevitable?
What time frame are we looking at?
I see many YouTube videos of folks working on ancient electric Club Cars? Why do they still have wheels?

sweet! I assume that since you invested in that, the rest of the cart is doing well.

Have the wheels fallen off yet? Is it electric?

My original post was asking for a solid positive referral and an idea of cost. I see no point in asking for an estimate from someone I know nothing about. Among the responses I got:

A suggestion to wrap it instead. ( a useful and appreciated suggestion, as I knew nothing about that technique).

A suggestion to consider it a DIY project along with an offer to help me down that path (another appreciated suggestion and offer).

An unsolicited opinion that, despite knowing nothing of my circumstances, or the condition of the cart, or the care taken by the previous owner to maintain the cart, that I should just drive it "until the wheels fall off",

An amusing but not very useful digression about Johnny Bench, Pete Rose, and Cincinnati Reds,

And get this...not one direct answer to my question...Go figure!

And one snarky response insinuating that I should have just Googled it, and not availed myself of what might be some valuable and useful knowledge available from a golf cart community.

Just about par for the course around here.

I've decided not to do anything right now, but I did ask a question that did not get answered about wrapping.

How tough is the wrap? How well does it hold up to weather, especially sun, or being scuffed or scraped? I know nothing about it.
