I had one and it did everything they promised. I came down here from Ohio for a winter vacation, saw the deals they were offering and bought one. They delivered it to Ohio free, right to our golf club, used it for 4 or 5 years with no problems and sold it when we moved.

Some caveats. Few local repair people will work on ParCars. You can only get their parts from ParCar. They have been known to have some real problems with their on-board chargers. Pluses are very comfortable, long range on a charge, good if you don't have charger issues.

We have had one for almost 3 years.....I switched from having ParCar service the cart to Sta-Rite Carts, the other Par-Car seller that serves TV. I lost confidence when they changed personnel and started to explain the depth of experience the manager had with gas carts. We needed a complete battery replacement (because of the on board charger you can't do a partial replacement I was told). Then a couple service hickups and we moved on. The cart itself is well built, rides great and looks great. It is my wifes cart (I have a Star) and she has it loaded and loves it. When we purchased the cart we anticipated battery replacement around 4 years so it came a bit early but that wasn't a big deal...it was the sercie folks that caused the change.

I have been using a 2006 ParCar purchased used 2 ½ years ago while a snowbird. As I am now full time, I had Todd Casey check to make sure everything was ok and to have him install some LED lights. Hope to use it for many more years to come.

Todd for carts and Ryan O'Cull for garage doors...are my two highest recommendations.

We have an Eagle P5 and love it. I am a firm believer in electric carts as they do not rattle, stink, or pollute the air. I get 50 miles on a charge and have done nothing but have a great time with a well built cart. I thought my Club Car was well built until I purchased this one. I do not care for the factory service outlet, so I do service myself, very easy. A+ rating.

The Parcars are good but consider the Tomberlin carts with the powerful/efficient AC motors.

Parcar also has AC motors on some models.

A ParCar was included with our home when we purchased back in 2013. We replaced the batteries last year and had one of them go bad. Battery Boys in Oxford replaced that one with a used one (we were told that it didn't work well to replace with a new battery). I would never replace batteries myself as there is an algorithm in the on board charger that must be reset or it will not charge correctly. This may be the problem some are encountering with charging issues. I like the ParCar as it is a solid cart and I can drive it from Summerhill to either Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs and back with no problems. My only complaint is that I wish it had a longer accelerator pedal as my foot often slips off of it.

if you are thinking of buying any electric cart try to figure out how often and how far you may drive on a daily basis...I owned a parcar street legal for 3 years and had to change out batteries on average every 18 mos... I was a high end user traveling approximately 25 miles a day which figured out to about 8300 miles a year and most of that was at a speed of about 26mph... which was a big contributor to poor battery life... most people who say they get 4 to 5 years on batteries drive less than 10 miles a day and not every day of the week
