Didn't the Drive2 in 2016 introduce independent suspension in the front (or back? or both?) That would impact ride quality I would think.

Yes the "Drive 2" added that feature.
Might want to wait till the 2020s come out in a few months.
Not sure tho if there will be upgrades, but prices of used 2018-19s will drop.

Sound advice, we are moving into TV in September or October, and I was thinking the same thing, not too long to wait.

Similar experience with two previous Yamaha carts. Have trouble believing posts that claim significantly higher mileage. All carts purchased from Villages Carts with no real maintenance problems.

No, I don't work for nor do I personally know any of the "Family" , but I do handle "Rithmatic " pretty well.

See little difference in performance or mileage between carbureted and EFI models .

I have a 2012 4 seater Yamaha w/ over 13,000 miles. Always get 50 mpg no matter how I drive, except the week family is in town. Riding 4 around for a week I only got 47 mpg. I record all.

My 2014 Yamaha EFI consistently gets 50 mpg.
