Default Thank you Kart Aide!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Kart Aide for coming to our rescue last night. I had made a u-turn to help someone who looked like they needed assistance. Unfortunately our 4-forward cart has a large turning radius and I clipped a curb. Evidently this caused the tire seal to the rim to be compromised. About a half hour later the tire went totally flat and the inner rim was exposed while we were on our way home from Publix in Grand Traverse Plaza. This was about 7:30pm and we were stranded. I called Kart Aide (wasn't a member, but I joined this morning), and they were there in about 20 minutes, beating their quoted half hour time. They were able to restore the seal to the tire and re-inflate it in a matter of minutes. I haven't taken the cart out this morning (tire looks OK) but Kart Aide said that if it went flat again to give them a call and they would tow it to the cart shop at no additional charge.

Kart Aide is a great company to do business with, member or not! KartAide.com

Thanks for the report on Kart Aid, that is great to know. We subscribe to their service but have never had to use them. It's great to know they will be there for us if the need ever arises.

I've been a member since 2011, but fortunately I've never had to call them.

I've had Kart Aide for many years and never needed assistance until last night. Called and within 15 minutes they picked us up and delivered us and the cart to our house. Great Service and well worth the cost.

I've been a member of Triple A for a long time. I just called them and they said they would do the same for our golf cart. Has anyone ever had to use them? Anyone know the differences between AAA and Kart Aide?

Thanks for the answer.
Been a member for 8 years and never had to use them.
Would be more cost effective to just use them on an as needed basis.

Yes, their rates for non-members are quite reasonable. I joined them the next day to give them support. I doubt they would have the same reliability and service without their subscription base.

I have been a member of Kart Aide for 10 years. I have used them and they are very reliable. On Sunday my golf cart broke down. I called them and they came in less than 5 minutes . My golf cart was transported to The Villages golf center in Lake Sumter ,Gordons Garage.
Highly recommend Kart Aide
