Default 17 year old Beagle needs home - owner died

A friend posted this and I thought I would post here in case anyone would like to give this dog a home.

Looking for that special person to adopt a 17 year old female beagle, and give this senior a loving home. This lovely female came into the shelter because her owner passed away, and the family didn't want her. Just look at this senior - can you open your heart and home and give this girl another loving home for the rest of her days?

I hope that baby finds a home. What a sweetie.

This is why YOUR Humane Society SPCA encourages pet owners, who have any type of pet, to have a plan in place. We don't often believe that our pets could outlive us but the possibilities are very real. If you love them, make provisions for them in your estate planning with a PET TRUST and name the individual(s) you wish to take on the responsibility of their future care.Estate Planning – Your Humane Society SPCA

We also offer FREE Emergency Wallet cards, which can also be put on the kitchen fridge, to notify anyone if an emergency happens with you and your pets are at home alone waiting for your return. The individual(s) you listed on the back of the wallet cards and made arrangements with, should be able to get into your home and care for your pet until further notice. These are available at any of our tabling/adoption events or can be mailed upon request.
