I think I can safely speak for us skeptics when I say if the OP lost 2 cats in the manner described, we are sincerely sorry for her (and the cats)especially given all the effort to train them in the manner posted in 2010. But there just is something about the whole story that doesn't hang together, hence the twilight zone comment. My 16 year old cat, who never left our property, went missing 10 days ago, so I am sympathetic to anyone who lost a pet. Best guess is a red fox got her (the animal, not the actor)

Seems sad if she was so emotionally low she had to make up a story to get attention. Let's therefore give her the benefit of the doubt.

You are absolutely right. I've deleted my two recent "skeptical" posts.

17 posts since 2009, with 6 or 7 about cat issues, does make one suspicious. I bet the OP will post again - in about 1/3 of a year.

I think there is a big difference in people. I think we have all kinds of skills and strengths and some are better at running a business, and some are better athletically, and some are meant to be mothers. The mother skill includes sniffing out schemes that won't do anyone any damned good and stopping them in their tracks.

Judge Judy has this skill in spades.

The weirdness continues.

This is another story.

Coyote tore out our lanai screen, took cat

If you refer to the original post you will note that the post notes a website called: lawmarkets.com
That website is owned by an individual whose first name is Suuzen, hence the name of the poster su2009.

The full name of the individual is not found in the most recent TV phone book. But there is a FL phone number also noted on the website. If you do a reverse phone number lookup, the number is listed to an address in Groveland Florida.

However there is a a listing for the OP on mylife.com with a Villages notation. And an attorney office location here as well. She is also listed as active by the CA Bar, and a TV address listed there.

Fellow TOTVers, take another look at the image of a screen in a lanai. Have you have seen one like that here in here in TV? And P.S. the OP is an active CA attorney who went to law school in Denver.

Judge Judy, I rest my case - or I have no case. But it is amazing what you can find on the Internet with a little effort.

At ease. Your job is done. :bigbow:

Not sure what to make out of all this. I will just watch from a distance.

I went to the University of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management Class of 1984, May but only met a few of the law students at their Law School. This woman looks like she graduated from the University of Denver Law School but I have no indication of year.

This seems irrelevant to the missing cat though.

Lawyers are usually very hard skinned so maybe she will come on here again.

If you dig deeper you will see that she does live in the Villages and was admitted to the Bar around 1980. Not sure which Bar though.

Would you not think that she would have told the newspaper that she also lost a cat in January as well......the same way.....also Siamese, that this cat wasn't. It's starting to sound like a quiz......

I do not think many people who lose a cat like this want to talk to a reporter. It is usually very traumatic.

If she did lose her cat or cats like this she and her husband have my condolences.
