is there a self service dog wash in the area? we had many of them up north. Just looking for an easy way to give a no hassle bath to my dog. not looking for a groomer.

If you have a hand-held shower nozzle and a walk-in shower in your bathroom, there's nothing easier.
A second alternative is your garden hose on a hot and sunny day.
There's nothing easier!

As long as you have no back problems!

I think there is one on rt 301 in Wildwood. I'm not sure of the name & I honestly don't know anything about this place. I have just seen a sign.

Well -- you can either sit on a stool or bench
OR
if a small dog, put it in the kitchen sink or laundry tub.

No bending either way.

I took (read dragged) my 84-lb dog into our Roman shower once. Not only did he balk at going in there ("What is this??? It's DIFFERENT!!!"), he proceeded to shake shampoo all over the shower, top to bottom. Sitting on a chair in the driveway sounds like a good idea until the dog feels otherwise about turning around to do the other side. Then there is the shake thing... how fast can you jump out of a chair? :-0

My babies sit in the kitchen sink for their bath.
