Some of you may be familiar with the t.v. show Dr. Jeff, Rocky Mountain Vet on the Animal Planet network. Dr. Jeff is big on spay and neuter. He has started a non-profit organization called Planned Pethood International. Planned Pethood International hands down has the most effective, dollar for dollar spay/neuter program in the world and has recently been given the opportunity receive $25,000 and $50,000 matching grants for our spay/neuter program.
