Default Emergency Vet Clinic

Where is the nearest emergency vet clinic to the Villages. I called Buffalo Ridge and was given locations in Leesburg and Ocala.
Need help for my pup.

Buffalo Ridge terminated 24 by 7 emergency care this weekend. The closest are Ocala and and Leesbirg. If needed I would to Ocala they are affiliated with UofF.

Probably depends on where in the The Villages a person lives. You could Google and check the mileage from your location to each.

What is the name (address and phone number?) of the Ocala clinic if you know it.

Thanks!

I've used Leesburg a couple of times and they are fine. If a true emergency you need to go to whichever is closer.

Thanks very much.

Every pet owner should store this information in their phone.

I go to Belleview Veterinary Hospital and see Dr. Rick Erwin. This is a family owned/operated practice for large and small animals and they have 24 hour care. 352-347-3900.
I have had surgery performed on my malti-poo and they did an outstanding job AND charged LESS than the initial quote.
Integrity, Honesty and Professionalism. That is the spirit of this practice.
They also helped my 2 dogs with toxic reaction from Trifexis from another vet. That is how I came to use them. Wouldn't switch for the world.

352-347-3900.

Not having an emergency Vet office 24/7 here is the Villages is ridiculous! I wasn't aware of a 24/7 office in Belleview-thank you for posting. Closer than Ocala!!!

By "24 hour care," do you mean there's a vet there all the time?

During our emergency, we did go to UF Emergency Pet Clinic in Ocala. It's behind Paddock Mall. We could not have been treated any better. The vet students are the first to see your pet and then consult with the doctors. Sadly, our pup had problems that could not be addressed and was only given 2 weeks. Since it is a learning experience for students, we did offer Scooter's body for study. Cancer tumors need to be examined and understood.

We highly recommend them.
