Puppies are cute. However, some grow up to be big dogs and somebody has to train them and be responsible for their behavior. When people don't pick up their "mess" ----that is not being responsible. I know in TV this is a very "touchy" subject---stepped in "mess" yesterday at Sanibel postal station---it was a big dog! And that's all I have to say about that!
