KittyKat 02-01-2012 12:22 AM

That kitten has a neurological problem and will need a special home, Karen.

I agree, thank you for taking the time to do this. You are a very special person.

The white cat at Paws animal hospital is a different one from this cat. They have had that cat since it was a kitten and still have no home for it.

Kitten

So here's an update on the cat I found. First of all, he is older than I thought. Based on his teeth, he is between 10 and 12 months old. He has been neutered, immunized, wormed, flea'd, tested for heartworm and feline leukemia (both negative). He is a grey tabby cat.

The Daily Sun did a story on him (they interviewed me by phone) which may run tomorrow (Tuesday, 2/7):clap2: or soon after, which will include a photo.

At the present time, the cat is at Petco. He will be available for adoption for another 4 days and then, if not adopted he will be fostered by Barbara Irwin of Pet Rescue.

As an aside, the Vet Tech at Paws named him....because he was a whole male she called him Tom. Then because I found him outside of Beef O'Brady's, his full name is....wait for it.....Tom Brady. I love it!

In fhat case, I guess his nickname could be QB!
I wish I could take him, but I already have 2 very territorial cats. Wouldn't work out.

Tom Brady? OMG, half of any potential adaptors are alread alienated from any possibility of adopting him! :22yikes:

Seriously, I do hope he finds a loving home soon. When I hear stories like this and the poor little white puddy-tat at Paws, it carves a little peice of my heart away. As I said previously, I wish I had room at the Inn! http://www.adhdnews.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif
