We don't know if it works on husbands but they are welcome to be the one attending with the dog and maybe it will benefit them both! LOL
Our intention of these classes is to help pets remain in homes as they are more manageable and well behaved. Too often we see them get surrendered to us or elsewhere because they say they are too much to handle or out of control. Our volunteers work with them in each walking or exercise session to increase their manners and improve their adoptability by being well behaved. From there onward, the new adopters must take an active role in their behaviors for the benefit of them and their pets. This will potentially keep the adopters from incurring any possible injuries and the animals from being returned. It would be a win-win for all and in keeping a family together!
