In my declaration of restrictions, under definition 2.23, it states that it's our responsibility to keep our pets on a leash. I think that pet birds are exempt even though they are included by the wording! But goldfish? Well no leashes are needed there thank goodness! :)

Oh man. I bet that is the first typo you have made in 40 years and I caught it.

You know how I look up to your wonderful expertise with the pen and the key pad.

After 39 posts, the opinions on letting a cat out seem to be unanimous. You must lease your cat or keep it indoors. There are lots of cats already in TV, so cats are hard to lease out. Therefore, the bottom line is ....... Please keep your cats inside!

In the summer months i run at 3 or 4am to beat the heat, i am not sure what it is but almost every night something dive bombs me and comes close enough to my head i can hear the wings. Never can see what it is but i now wear a hooded jacket even when its 90.

Bill-n-Brillo 12-29-2011 10:23 PM

We had our cats on a lease with an option to buy at the end.

No doubt someone let their parakeet out without a leash. That's what happens when we ignore the rules. First people were not leashing their guppies, now it's birds. Who knows where it will go next.
As we all know, we agreed to the covenants when we closed on our homes. Rules are rules are rules. If you break one, you'll break many. It's a slippery slope. :doggie::loco:

I am having a leash especially made for my pet flea, Albert.

Sweetie wants me to lease a lash, but I am a nice Catholic girl.

You're right Bluedog! The next thing we know, we'll have to share an outdoor restaurant patio with a guppie or parakeet. And they can be quite unruly if not served promptly!
