Default Outdoor Cat patios / catios

Are we permitted to build outdoor cat patios to the back of our houses or ( in my case) courtyard villas?

Thanks,

Not sure what you mean by a cat patio. Our Himalayan enjoys our lanai, but we never leave her alone. Concern is a Predator coming thru the screen.

We let ours out on the screened lanai and birdcage, note we have pet screen installed to limit the possibility of a predator getting in.

A catio is a screened structure that allows the cat to enjoy the outside without actually getting out. Sometimes they are attached to windows. Sometimes they are freestanding.

You can always call ARC or Community Standards to be on the safe side but seems almost anything is okay in the back of a courtyard villa.

This is a question for Connunity Standards. You may or may not get accurate information here.
