Default Pet Adoption Dates for Dog & Cats

If you're looking for a new family member, come by PetSmart (behind Fresh Market) this Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10AM-2PM as YOUR Humane Society SPCA will be bringing adoptable dogs to share in the special day with their showcased cats at the store.

Additionally, dogs will be visiting the Lake Miona Recreation Center in The Villages, on Friday, Sept. 20 from 11AM-1PM, weather permitting.

YOUR Humane Society SPCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill organization helping animals in need throughout their community. Donations directly help to cover the cost of saving, treating and caring for neglected, abused and abandoned animals. Learn more about them at hsspca.org, 352-793-9117, on Facebook or visit them at 994 CR 529A, in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. Office open: Mon.-Sat. 8am-4:00pm. Kennel Pet Viewing: Mon.-Sat. 9:00am-3:30pm. Visitors are always welcome!

It is a proven fact that mixed breed dogs are healthier and less hyper, making them a more loving companion. Pure bred dogs are pretty, but so is my cousin Linda, but she is the real bitch.

I love all dogs and respect your opinion. But that’s what it is...an opinion.
