The rescue took in 7 dogs in 10 days and all have some kind of medical issue. Collectively, this is what Low Rider Dachshund Rescue of Florida is dealing with:
- bilaterial broken jaw repair
- broken pelvis & femur surgery
- heartworm treatment
- mammary tumor surgery
- neurological consult
- one dog is blind and mostly deaf
- special equipment needed for 3 paralyzed dogs

We are raffling off this lovely quilt to help with some of those vet bills. (See below.)

The drawing will be live on the rescue's main Facebook page via video on Sat., Oct. 24th. The way the raffle works: example - you purchase 10 chances, your name is entered on a spreadsheet 10 times, a number is assigned to each line in the spreadsheet, an online random number generator will select the number, the name that corresponds to that number is the winner.

Even if you don't win the quilt you are still a winner for having helped one of the little dogs in need.
