Has anyone considered setting up a trap with food? The poor little fella has got to be hungrey and thirsty. The SPCA should have traps that can be used. When I was trapping ferals for altering, I would use a wire tie to keep the door open so they would feel comfortable eating in the trap for several days, and when they felt safe eating in the trap, I would set it . Worked good.
