Veterinarian Recommendations
Coming soon to a CYA in McClure with our big puppies. We would appreciate any suggestions on a good vet that is reasonably close, good with pets, full service including occasional boarding and not all about up-selling.
Thanks

Unless you have a big fat wallet, avoid Vets in the Villages, we got several estimates from Village Vets for dental removal, ALL $1000 or more. Went to Dr. HUFF cost $250. Kind and caring staff, period. |

I drove through McClure yesterday, and at the present time, there doesn't seem to much of anything close by. You may have to start with a vet some distance away, then adjust when the area gets built-up commercially.

I second, third, and fourth that. She is at Park Heights Animal Care Center on 441 in Fruitland Park (sort of).

They all seem to try to "sell up". One even told us that our kitten should see a heart specialist. He is fine, four years later. I have become very skeptical and long for the vets we left behind.
