Village of Charlotte Web site

I live in the Village of Charlotte, and was looking through the web to see if our village had an official web site. While I couldn't find one, doesn't mean we don't have one. Can anybody who lives in Charlotte tell me if one does exist, and if so what is the site's address (URL). Thanks.

It's the 17th one down on the list. It comes up as "Charlotte Ladies Club"
