Tunnel Height

Buying new golf cart with 10 inch wheels. Will i have a problem with any of the tunnels in the villages. Does anyone know the exact height of the tunnels.

If it's a Par Car, the top is higher than the others too. Are 10 tires allowed on the golf courses?

I have Club Car w/10" wheels-----no problems in tunnels.

There are some differences in tunnel height - but not much. I have two Old Glory flags which fly above the roof of my cart about 8 inches. In the tunnel under CR466 at Morse Blvd, they always scrape the tunnel roof ever so slightly. No where else.
The high-rise carts I see around certainly don't seem to be running into tunnel problems, so maybe I should just set my flags a little lower! :dontknow:

We were shopping for a golf cart this week and saw the ones with the higher tops. I asked the sales person about going through the tunnels and he said that you definitely have to stay toward the middle of the tunnel......well ... where do you go if someone is coming toward you the other way. I couldn't be worrying about that . We ended up buying a Yamaha gas from the Villages golf cart.
