Using Southern Cart Service in Fruitland Park..Much cheaper than AGC and you can get work done in a day ...they pickup & deliver

They are MUCH MORE affordable than EZGO

I was not happy with my last annual checkup at the one in Palm Plaza. They did not do the same checkup as the year before and I thought the people in the front were kind of rude and non-caring.

I am thinking about using an independent cart tech for my next checkup.

Z and Normandy, did either of you speak to the manager at the Palm Ridge store? Businesses cant correct bad behavior of employees or address your concerns if they have no idea that you are unhappy. I've always been happy with my service at both aGc stores.

Here is my advantage golf cart store story. I bought my ezgo at the factory store on 441 which eventually closed. Bought it in 2009 so i assumed it was a 2009 but it turned out to be 2008. Long story so will skip that part. I had my service work donw at both places, palm plaza and high 44. Did not like the front people at palm plaza, tried to tell me i had only a 3 year bunper to bumper when paper work clearly showed 4 year. Had to call home office in augusta to get them to understand. Anyway in the 4 years here are my service issues. Five manifolds broke in 2, 1 muffler, 3 batteries, 1 cellenoid, 1 clutch, and other smaller issues. Had to be towed from golf courses, town squares. I called the customer service in augusta andspoke to the vice-president of customer care 3 times. He was very understanding but we disagreed on how to compensate me for my lemon cart. He offered me a 2013 and trade in my 2007/2008. But the price was no better than what yamaha offered and they have 5 year vs 3year for ezgo. I still have the ezgo and traded in an old battery cart. A friend of mine does all my maintenenace and he puts on the manifolds when they break. Been 9 months since the last one broke. They never solved why the manifolds broke, had to be overheating or a bad vibration. End of story:cus:

No I didn't. I expected the same level of service that I got the past 4 or 5 times. I did not get it so it is time to move on.

I feel the same way about restaurants. Either I get good food and good service or I find another place to go.

Sorry but that is the way I feel. It is up to the manager to police his employees - not mine.
