New home promotion

I was with my salesperson yesterday and really wanted a Villa but also would have liked the 10% furniture package that is available on ranches on up. I was told if sales continue to drag there was a very good chance TV would include Villas. I decided to wait a few weeks and see what happens.

That's great news, I'll be visiting at the end of the month and was interested in a patio villa. I think I'll call my salesman and feel him out. Thanks for the information.

Sorry to hear that sales are a drag. Great for us potental buyers. Unfortunately they're a drag in OH too. Going to give St Joey a pep talk tomorrow.

We hear the train but I do not think it is bad at all..It certainly does not keep us up at night..Nothing like what Jan goes through!

The house is very nice and well maintained.. :bigthumbsup:
