gas line protection - CSST class action settlement

Has anyone followed through on the settlement payment for protection of interior gas lines from lightning generated pinholes ( a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of corrugated gas lines used in houses in the south - including houses in the villages - resulted in a settlement in which a credit will be issued for obtaining lightning protection)? If so .....what is done and was the credit sufficient to cover the cost?
