In-Line Skating Question

Is there a place to skate in TV with a really smooth surface? Are the multi-modal paths smooth? Or are there other options? I mean the kind of pavement where the aggregate isn't so rough on the surface. I don't mind just a bit of a rough surface, but my wife wants something as near to glass-smooth as possible. (Heck...I prefer that too...heheh.)

EDIT: I'll rephrase...is there a "best" place to skate in TV? I hear the multi-modal paths south of 466A might be good?
