Aeoro Inc and their battle with broadcast TV companies has been going on for a while.
I suspect the broadcasters will prevail. Partly because it has the potential of severely hurting the industry. They rely on local affiliates and commercials... their broadcast eco-system.
It is nobody's interest to impair broadcasters. They are one of the largest suppliers of free programming content (albeit at the cost of watching commercials).
My guess is that Aeoro Inc will have to purchase the rights to rebroadcast just like cable companies.
