Has anyone has problems with Elite Lifestyle Company out of Oxford
finishing their job on their lanai?

My sister used Elite in 2008 to add a room and they completed the job to their complete satisfaction. They were not the cheapest bid but they said it was worth the premium price they paid.

Three years ago we used Elite to remove our screened lanai and add a sunroom and pergola. The job took longer than originally planned. I sensed that they had project management issues and were trying to tackle more jobs than they had people to do them. We found that it is very difficult to get them back for repairs. We are still waiting, after many months, for repairs to be completed from a leak. There are other neighbors that we know that have had similar issues we have experienced. We are very pleased with the product they use.

excellent work, Elite enclosed our liana, started about 3 days later but finished on time. construction projects have ups and downs. sometimes the home owner needs to be flexible. their work is outstanding, worth the delay.

Elite started our lanai on September 24th - still not complete as of February 11th. Can't find out when they will finish - very frustrating!

That is inexcusable. There should be some kind of penalty for taking that long to finish. It makes you want to make them wait for their payment for as long as you had to wait. That is why it is good if you can have some money of theirs at risk. People seem to be more cooperative when you owe them money.
