If you would like help or advice from people on this forum, perhaps you can tell us more about why they won't? Did you alter something or add something that made the warranty null and void?
And welcome to this wonderful forum, where positive and friendly folks wait to help you in anything to do with The Villages way of life.

The cart has been serviced regularly and only by the dealer. I had the cart in on November 21, 2013 for a clutch repair that was $582. I now have oil all over my garage floor and the bottom of the cart. I am currently trying to get someone from the corporate office to call me about this and would prefer not to name the cart at this time.

Where was the cart purchased at?

I'm confused. You took the time to write on this web site and asked for suggestions, but won't tell us the brand of your cart or the dealer name. We all would like to help, but if you don't want to give us information, I wonder why write about it.

If it's from the dealer in Ocala, I understand your not wanting to give out the name. That guy will go off on you in a heartbeat. 'nuff said!

I will be looking at Carts and Clubs in Ocala this weekend. Please tell me it is not them!

I recently bought a cart from Carts and Clubs in Ocala and can not say enough good about them. The small issues that I have had, have been handled quickly and with no issues.

Based on the information you have provided , my suggestion is you go to the dealer's office, jump up on top of his desk, and scream as loudly as you can, "I'm made as hell and I'm not going to take it any more!" Good luck! ;)

I've had luck with filing claims with the BBB but I always forwarn the company that I'm doing it.

Agree with the kudos to Carts and Clubs. Can't believe they would be involved in denying a legitimate warranty issue. Bought our cart there because we believed it was a superior product then The Villages was selling and also a better price.
