Making a web page

Has anyone set up a free web page so they can post messages and pictures for family and friends? There are hosting sites for photos, but I need to also leave messages. I need advice on which one is easy! Thanks in advance.

Before we get too involved, who is your internet provider? Some ISPs do not give you web space.

IF your ISP does not provide web space, there are sites lile Yahhoo and AOL (and probably more) that provide webspace. I would prefer to start with your ISP.

I would have to set this up on my friend's computer that has Embarq and AOL.
Due to my husband's health, I had to put this on hold and just checked to see if there were any replies. I know AOL has something so I'll check that out. Thanks

Embarq has no web page facility but AOL does and it is pretty easy to set up.
